Does anyone have knowledge of Mary Corocoran Pearsall (1893-1981), the 2nd wife of Ralph Cornish Pearsall?  Ralph was one of the sons of Alfred Everson Pearsall of Westfield, NJ and Melrose, FL, and my great grand uncle.
Mary is buried in the Eliam Cemetery in FL, Ralph in Fairview, in Westfield.
Her sister Dorothy married a Scully, and both used to live in Melrose.

Thanks, Lynne.   I did find an obituary for her husband (Ralph Cornish Pearsall) which is where I learned that Mary Corcoran Pearsall existed!
Most of the family, including my mother, have passed on, so I only knew about Ralph's first wife, Grace Vivian Runyon.
Mary's dates are listed in the Eliam Cemetery pages, so the only thing I haven't found yet is where she was born, and who her parents were.
Oh, and where and when she met Ralph.
She outlived him by 25 years, looks like she stayed in Melrose, FL, while he is buried in the Pearsall family plot in Westfield, NJ  (Fairview Cemetery).
I also know that Mary had a sister Dorothy, who married a Scully, also in Melrose, from someone who knew the Scully family, and Melrose.
It's a start.  For some reason, I haven't found any Mary Corcoran's in the census records from 1900 to 1930.

1930 census, Westfield, NJ has William Corcoran with wife Mary, born about 1893, and daughter Dorothy, born about 1915.
Since Ralph Cornish Pearsall was from Westfield, as well, it's quite likely that it was a second marriage for both Ralph and Mary.
Ralph's first wife died in '33.
I'm thinking I've found Mary.  She was born in New Jersey to parents from Germany.  So now the question is, what was her maiden name, if Corcoran was also her married name?!?
      Isn't this fun?
